Don't force yourself, futsal session boleh diatur lagi. Kesihatan yang hilang tiada ganti. <br /><br />I'm one of Malaysian yang bersenam waktu malam jugak. After working time, pegi gym lepas Maghrib sampai sebelum Isyak. Then on Friday main futsal plak. Tapi kadang2 rasa kepenatan, cover balik dgn tido tengahari sebab taknak miss my work out schedule.<br /><br />Tapi kalau dah tak larat jugak...then balik tido je la. (kalau jogging/ bbasikal tnpa gear yg btul)<br /><br />3. suhu sejuk. (mungkin teruk untuk yg ada athma etc)<br /><br />4. badan sejuk.
